Refund & Return Policy

At KoncreteStudios, all mold systems are produced to order. Due to the size, weight, and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain the following policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and are no longer eligible for a refund.

Returns

Due to the size, weight, freight shipping requirements, and made-to-order nature of our mold systems, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Delays caused by freight carriers or customs processing

All made-to-order mold systems are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@koncretestudio.com

To process a claim, please provide:

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, product replacement, repair assistance, or a refund.

Freight Deliveries

Many orders ship via freight carrier due to their size and weight.

Customers are encouraged to inspect shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier whenever possible.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
