These are industrial grade molds, engineered for long term production and consistent, professional results.

1. Preparing the Mold

• Assemble the fiberglass mold and make sure all screws are tightened securely before pouring.
  
• Confirm the silicone lining is seated properly inside the mold for a clean finish.
  

2. Pouring the Concrete

• Mix your concrete to the desired consistency.
  
• Pour evenly into the mold, filling until the silicone drainage button is still visible. Do not fill past this point, as the button creates the planter’s drainage hole.
  
• Lightly vibrate or tap the sides to release any trapped air bubbles for a smooth surface.
  

3. Curing

• Allow the concrete to fully cure before demolding.
  
• Curing times will vary depending on your mix and environmental conditions, but 24–48 hours is typical.
  

4. Demolding

• Begin by unscrewing all of the bolts on the fiberglass mold.
  
• Lift the top piece of the mold off. If it feels stuck, place the nozzle of an air compressor into the release holes and pump air into the mold. The pressure will pop the shell loose.
  
• Once the top shell is removed, carefully peel the silicone lining from one side of the planter.
  
• Repeat the process on the other side until the entire silicone lining has been removed.
  
• At this point, your concrete planter should be fully demolded.
  

5. Finishing Touches

• Each planter will already have a 1 inch built in drainage hole.
  
• Sand or smooth any edges if needed for a clean, professional finish.
  

6. Care and Maintenance

• Always clean the molds after each use with mild soap and water.
  
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
  
• With proper care, Our molds can last for hundreds of pours and up to 1,000+ castings.
